Romantic Drive in a Vintage Fiat 1100 and Chocolate Making As part of the hotel’s Love Souvenir Experience, couples can embark on a romantic drive in a vintage Fiat 1100 around the city’s iconic landmarks, discovering stunning piazzas, monuments and ancient ruins. The drive ends with a visit to a local chocolate atelier, “La Bottega del Cioccolato”, located in the characteristic Roman neighbourhood of Rione Monti. Under the guidance of expert maître chocolatiers, guests will have the opportunity to create their very own chocolate to take home.

The Love Souvenir Experience is offered complimentary to guests staying in the Vista, Corner, Napoleon, Petronius, Planetarium or Penthouse Suite for a minimum of three nights over the dates of 11th – 17th February. The experience is also available to guests staying in a standard room at €800 (£703 approx.) for two people.

Couples’ Spa Packages 

Rome Cavalieri is offering a range of couples’ spa packages over the Valentine’s weekend. Guests can enjoy a Romantic Tea Time where they will be pampered with a 50-minute couples’ massage at the Cavalieri Grand Spa Club before enjoying an exclusive tea experience served with a selection of sweet delicacies at the Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace (€240/£212 per couple). Alternatively, they can indulge in a luxurious 50-minute couples’ massage followed by an aperitivo with Moët & Chandon, savoury delicacies and caviar at the Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace (€280/£247 per couple; supplement of €100 for 50 gr. of Calvisius Caviale Tradition Prestige). There’s also the ‘Romantic Surprise’ experience where they will enjoy a 50-minute couples’ massage and an intimate candlelight dinner in Uliveto Restaurant (€350/£309 per couple).

Michelin Starred Dining at La Pergola

La Pergola, Rome’s first and only three Michelin starred restaurant is serving a delectable seven-course menu on Valentine’s Day guaranteed to impress loved ones. Created by Chef Heinz Beck, the menu includes a range of culinary masterpieces including “Burrata” Fagottelli on parsley sauce with caviar and lime scent, and Lobster in spicy ‘nduja crust with herb powder and bonito infusion. The delicious feast is accompanied with matching fine wines from La Pergola’s impressive wine cellar.

La Pergola’s Valentine’s Day Menu costs €540 (£477 approx.) per person and is served from 7:30 – 11:30pm on 14th February.
