Spring is in the air at Kent Life Heritage Farm Park, so come and celebrate the season with an exciting lineup of events. Nestled in the heart of Sandling, Maidstone, the 28-acre working farm is bursting into life with adorable baby animals, hands-on activities, and unforgettable family fun.

From indulging in a special Mother’s Day tea to hopping into Easter festivities and getting wild in The Great Outdoors, there’s something for everyone this spring at Kent Life.

And of course, no trip to Kent Life is complete without meeting our animal residents. Get up close with our playful pygmy goats or say hello to our lambs who are growing by the day! For those who love cuddly encounters, the farm’s rabbits and guinea pigs are always happy to receive gentle strokes, and visitors can stop by the Kent Owl Academy to admire Dallas, the majestic red-tailed owl.

Spring is baby boom season on the farm! Come and watch our fluffy lambs get their bottle feeds, meet bouncy baby goats, and say hello to our cheeky piglets. Don’t miss the fun Easter activities, from hopping on our farm ride to getting crafty in the Paint A Pot studio. And of course, keep your eyes peeled for the Easter Bunny — he might just have some chocolatey treats in his basket.

May Bank Holiday Weekend Saturday 03rd May – Monday 5th May, 10am – 5pm 

Step back in time with a weekend full of traditional fun. Try your hand at old-fashioned crafts, dance around the maypole, enjoy Big Top Shows, and take in the sweet sounds of our vintage steam organ. A fun-filled way to spend the bank holiday with the whole family!

The Great Outdoors: May Half Term Saturday 25th May – Sunday 1st June, 10am – 5pm 

Calling all nature lovers! Get stuck into Forest School, join a bug hunt, say hello to creepy crawlies in Critter Corner, and gather around for campfire stories. Plus, put your navigation skills to the test with orienteering challenges. Fresh air, adventure, and hands-on fun awaits.
