Blenheim Palace has announced the launch of ‘Passport to Play’, encouraging families to explore the beauty of the Palace, Park and Gardens as well as Adventure Play – the outdoor immersive play area. To make the most of family visits to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, children will receive a free passport booklet guiding them to different areas within the Estate through a series of questions and challenges, collecting stamps along the way.

Adventure Play

The new campaign encourages families to immerse themselves in the wider Estate and Adventure Play together, with engaging prompts to guide their exploration. Each segment of the Passport will lead families to features within the wider Estate, including The Great Gates and Grand Bridge, which are the real life features that the elements within Adventure Play are based on.

Along the way, families will be guided to the Boat House, Rose Garden, Bladon Bridge, and more to complete activities and engage them with the space. Upon completion of the Passport to Play, children will receive a badge to mark their success.

Heather Carter, Managing Director at Blenheim Palace, said, “The new Passport to Play experience provides even more of a reason for families to come back and immerse themselves with all that Blenheim Palace has to offer. We’re looking forward to seeing the children collect their stamps and engage with the Palace, Park, Gardens, and Adventure Play.”

Adventure Play at Blenheim Palace is currently open from 10:15 to 15:15 from Friday to Sunday. During the February half-term, Adventure Play will be open all week from 10:15 to 15:15.

To experience Adventure Play and Passport to Play, families must have a valid Palace & Play Pass or individual adult/child day passes.
