Today, 27 July 2026, is the last day to buy a Twice the Fun ticket, a limited-time offer giving families a free second theme park visit when they buy a standard day ticket to any one of four UK theme parks.
How the Offer Works
The offer covers four Merlin-owned parks: Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Thorpe Park, and Chessington World of Adventures Resort. Guests who buy a valid Twice the Fun ticket to any one of these parks receive one complimentary return day ticket to any other park in the group, or back to the same park for a repeat visit.
Key Dates to Know
The Twice the Fun ticket must be purchased online between 25 June and 27 July 2026, with the first visit also needing to take place by 27 July 2026. The free second visit can then be used any time between 25 June and 25 September 2026, giving families a generous window to plan their return trip.
Booking the Second Visit
After the first visit, families receive a booking confirmation with a unique barcode. That barcode unlocks the free second ticket, which needs to be pre-booked at the chosen park’s website ahead of the visit date. Both visits must be pre-booked and attended by the same guests.
Worth noting: second visit availability is capped and may be limited or unavailable during peak dates, including August, so it’s best to book the return visit as early as possible once the barcode arrives.
