A lawn of orange is coming to Surrey this autumn as Hobbledown in Epsom launches a brand-new pumpkin experience for 2026, bringing pumpkins, seasonal photo displays and family friendly trick or treating to the adventure park from 26th September to 1st November.
A Brand-New Autumn Look for Hobbledown
This autumn, Hobbledown is getting a spectacular seasonal makeover with pumpkins, squashes and gourds, taking centre stage alongside the park’s much-loved adventure play and animal attractions.
At the heart of the new experience is the Lawn of Orange, where Hobbledown’s front lawn will be transformed with pumpkins and gourds in a huge variety of shapes, sizes and colours. Families can explore the display before choosing a favourite to buy and take home.
The pumpkin fun continues inside The Thinkery, where families will discover a collection of autumn-themed photo displays designed to provide plenty of opportunities for a seasonal family picture.
Pumpkins, Play and Animals in One Day
And the best part? The new pumpkin experience is included with general admission, meaning families can enjoy the autumn magic as part of a full day out at Hobbledown.
Alongside the seasonal additions, families can explore Hobbledown’s indoor and outdoor adventure play, meet its collection of zoo and farm animals, discover the Imaginarium and visit the animal walk through enclosures. There will also be daily animal talks to enjoy, plenty of pumpkins to buy and the chance to toast gooey marshmallows over the fire for an additional charge.
Trick or Treat Without the Frights
On weekends and throughout the October half term, younger visitors can take on Hobbledown’s Trick or Treat Trail.
Armed with a quest card, children can make their way around the park to find Hobbledown characters and collect sweet treats at each stop, with one final reward waiting when they complete the trail.
Designed especially with younger children in mind, the trail offers all the excitement of trick or treating without anything too frightening and is included with day admission on selected dates.

For a limited time, visitors can also save 20% on general admission tickets for pumpkin event dates using the code PUMPKINS20 at checkout.
