My 1st Years has expanded its Back to School collection with 61 new personalised designs, ahead of an estimated 380,000 children starting school reception classes this September.
The personalised gifting brand now offers more than 390 different designs, sizes and styles across the range, all of which can be personalised to make them unique to each child. The launch follows another milestone for the brand, which has now sold more than one million personalised backpacks to families across the UK.
What’s in the Little Shoulders, Big Dreams collection
The new collection, called Little Shoulders, Big Dreams, brings together backpacks, bookbags, stationery, lunch bags and lunch boxes into a coordinated set of personalised school essentials.
Backpacks and bookbags can be personalised through embroidery, flock or print, and are made from materials including polyester, quilted fabrics and corduroy. Prices for bags start at £13.00.
The lunch bags feature insulated interiors along with easy-access compartments and dedicated spaces for snacks and drinks on selected designs, while the coordinating lunch boxes have separate sections to help keep mealtimes organised. Lunch bags and boxes start at £18.00.
The range also includes personalised pencil cases, pens, stickers and whiteboards, so children can carry their name into the classroom as well as the playground.
A free gift to mark the first day
Customers who spend more than £65 will receive a free personalised First Day of School Board, a keepsake designed to record details of a child’s first day and be used again for later milestones such as first holidays and first sleepovers. The board can also be bought on its own, with personalisation, for £10.
Every item in the collection comes with complimentary personalisation and is presented in My 1st Years’ luxury gift box.
The full Back to School collection is available online and in selected stores, including Harrods and Selfridges.
