Family Shows at the Royal Albert Hall

The Royal Albert Hall offers a line-up of enchanting family shows over the coming months, providing unforgettable experiences for children and adults alike.

This November, the classic tale of Peter Pan brings Neverland to life with captivating visuals, live orchestration, and dynamic staging. Families can enjoy the adventures of Peter, Wendy, and the Lost Boys as they encounter the villainous Captain Hook. Later in November, My Christmas Orchestral Adventure offers a festive, family-friendly introduction to orchestral music with a magical, interactive storyline. Designed for young audiences, the show engages children as they help the conductor on a mission to find Santa, introducing them to the sounds and instruments of the orchestra.

The Snowman

In December, The Snowman returns, a beloved winter staple that combines animation and live orchestration to retell Raymond Briggs’ classic tale. The iconic scene of "Walking in the Air" performed live is a highlight, making it an annual family favourite at the Hall. Also in December, the Christmas Carol Singalong invites families to celebrate the season with singalong versions of festive classics, adding an interactive twist to traditional holiday songs in a warm, family-friendly setting.

The Nutcracker

Experience the true magic of Christmas, as Clara’s toys come to life at the stroke of midnight. Journey through a fantastical winter wonderland of dancing snowflakes to the kingdom of the Sugar Plum Fairy. Created exclusively for the Royal Albert Hall, with gorgeous period costumes and dazzling projections, this Christmas classic is brought to life by Birmingham Royal Ballet’s world-class ballet dancers and orchestra, the Royal Ballet Sinfonia. Storytime with Father Christmas

Disney in Concert
