Hart Shoreditch Unveils Crafty and Creative Workshops for Autumn and Winter

Hart Shoreditch is delighted to unveil a series of creative and crafty workshops this autumn and winter, as part of its local workshop series which launched earlier this year. Hosted by local artists and entrepreneurs, Hart Shoreditch continues its mission in supporting the local community and stars of the future. New for the winter season, guests can try their hand at crafting festive decorations from mosaics with Natalie Kent or discover stillness and revival with The Mindful Monday Mending Club hosted by Andrea Cheong. Previous workshops have included Coffee, Croissant and Collage making with James Daw, a Zine-Making Workshop with Ioana Simion and soak making with East London inspired contemporary bath and body care brand Soapsmith. Artistic attendees for the autumn and winter sessions can expect delicious cocktails and nibbles provided by the hotel's new restaurant UBA, making these workshops the go to events in the city this festive season.

The Mindful Monday Mending Club with Andrea Cheong

Andrea Chong will be hosting her Mindful Monday Mending Club at Hart Shoreditch this December, offering visitors an invitation to join a community of sustainable fashion lovers for a therapeutic and creative morning of learning how to mend and repair. The workshop also encourages already skilled individuals to bring their projects to Hart Shoreditch and sew, knit, craft, or crochet with the group. Eventbrite Link: see here (3rd November), TBC (1st December)

Festive Decoration Mosaic Workshop with Natalie Kent

Head to Hart Shoreditch for a 3-hour Mosaic Making Workshop, perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike! Move into the art of mosaic-making and craft 1-2 stunning festive decorations, such as trees, stars, puddings, and baubles. Choose from a variety of colourful, glittery tiles in festive reds, greens, golds, silvers, and whites. Create unique pieces to bring holiday cheer to the home or for gifting. A cool 2 hours and 15 minutes will be spent designing the decorations with plenty of guidance from host Natalie Kent, followed by 45 minutes dedicated to grouting.
