Introducing "How to Feed" with UK’s Leading Weaning Expert, Charlotte Stirling-Reed

A Game-Changing New Parenting Podcast!

Nutritionist, Sunday Times Best Selling Author, and mother of two and speaker at The Baby Show, Charlotte Stirling-Reed, is thrilled to announce the launch of her brand-new podcast, How to Feed with Charlotte Stirling-Reed. This exciting new podcast series offers practical advice, real-life stories, and expert tips for parents navigating the challenging, yet rewarding, journey of feeding babies, kids, and families.

How to Feed is finally here to offer support, build confidence, and inspire parents at every stage of their feeding journey.

"Podcasts have been a lifeline for me as a parent," says Charlotte. "As a busy mum, they’ve provided me with tools, encouragement, and even a little peace during the hectic moments of motherhood. I wanted to create a podcast that does exactly that for other parents—one that’s full of practical advice, inspiration, and a bit of fun too."

Here’s what you can expect from How to Feed with Charlotte Stirling-Reed:

  • A Deep Dive into Feeding Kids: From weaning infants to handling fussy eaters and feeding the whole family, How to Feed tackles it all. Charlotte's goal is to help parents feel confident and informed about nourishing their little ones at every stage.
  • Celebrity Guest Episodes: Every week, Charlotte will sit down with a mystery celebrity guest to discuss their personal experiences with feeding their kids and families. They’ll share their highs, lows, and strategies for making mealtimes smoother—because even celebrities struggle with food refusal and mealtime chaos!
  • Expert Advice from Charlotte: In the second weekly episode, Charlotte takes centre stage, offering her professional insights, answering listener questions, and breaking down key topics in child nutrition. From weaning tips to balanced family diets, these episodes are packed with actionable advice to make mealtimes easier and more enjoyable.

"I’ve spent nearly a decade working with parents, answering their questions about feeding their children, and helping them navigate the challenges of getting kids to eat well," says Charlotte. "This podcast is an extension of that work, but with a more personal touch. It’s like having a conversation with a friend who’s been through it all and can help guide you through the ups and downs."

Each week’s episodes are carefully themed around specific topics like fussy eating, mealtime overwhelm, tools, tips and tricks to help make mealtimes easier such as the Tripp Trapp highchair from Stokke and maintaining a healthy diet for your family. Charlotte brings her years of experience as a registered nutritionist to every conversation, ensuring parents walk away feeling empowered and equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.

The How to Feed podcast, sponsored by Little Dish, who make delicious and stress-free kids’ meals, will air twice a week, with the first episode launching on Monday 4th November. Little Dish is passionate about making mealtimes easier for busy families, and their partnership has helped bring this podcast to life, offering even more support to families across the UK.
