Ticket Sales Now Open for The Elf On The Shelf® Christmas Adventure at Bluewater

Tickets are now available for the highly anticipated world-first The Elf on the Shelf® Christmas Adventure, an interactive festive experience from The Lumistella Company’s The Elf on the Shelf® Santaverse™, set to take place at Bluewater, Kent. This exclusive Christmas adventure promises to bring festive magic to life for families, running from 16th November until Christmas Eve.

Following the global announcement in September, tickets for the event can now be purchased online, priced at £6.50 for adults and £14.50 for children. Located in Bluewater’s Upper Rose Gallery, next to FatFace, the experience will offer a thrilling Christmas journey through a North Pole-inspired wonderland. Accessible sessions will also be available on Thursdays and Sundays at 10am and 10.30am, featuring sensory adjustments such as reduced noise and a relaxed atmosphere, ensuring a welcoming experience for all.

A Beloved Christmas Tradition Comes to Life

The Elf on the Shelf® has become a cherished Christmas tradition worldwide, with Santa’s Scout Elves visiting homes to observe families’ festive activities and report back to Santa each night. This year, the magic will take a new form with The Elf on the Shelf® Christmas Adventure, a 25-minute interactive and theatrical experience designed to captivate the whole family.

Visitors will step through the magical Elf Door, entering a festive world full of wonder and excitement. The adventure invites guests to join the Scout Elves on a mission packed with Christmas-themed games and challenges, helping to spread festive cheer and ensure Christmas gets off to a merry start.

Immersive Festive Fun for All

Throughout the experience, families will participate in various festive activities, including decorating Christmas trees, throwing snowballs, and making a special wish at the wish-gatherer. Santa himself will keep a watchful eye on the proceedings via the Christmas Spiritmeter, a magical device monitoring Christmas spirit levels. In some sessions, Santa will make a special appearance to encourage children to complete all the tasks on their Christmas Spirit Checklist.

James Waugh, Centre Director at Bluewater, shared his excitement: “We are thrilled to open ticket sales for The Elf on the Shelf® Christmas Adventure. It’s the most anticipated Christmas event we’ve ever launched, and we encourage families to book early to avoid missing out.”

A Magical Christmas Experience

As part of the adventure, guests will collect stamps on their Christmas Spirit Checklist as they complete the festive challenges, and an Elf Name Generator will provide each child with a unique elf name. To cap off the magical experience, each child will receive a special gift to take home.

Chanda Bell, co-CEO of The Lumistella Company and co-creator of The Elf on the Shelf®, expressed her joy at bringing the experience to life: “We are delighted to partner with Bluewater to create joyful moments for families through this immersive experience.”

In addition to the Christmas Adventure, Bluewater’s festive offerings this year will include the return of the Ice Rink, the Winterland experience, and The Giving Tree.
