Baby Show NEC

Parents planning for a new arrival can mark their calendars now. The Baby Show sponsored by Pampers returns to NEC Birmingham from Friday 8 May to Sunday 10 May 2026. As one of the UK’s best-known pregnancy and baby shopping events, it promises a busy weekend packed with expert advice, top parenting brands and practical buys for growing families.

Why parents love The Baby Show NEC

For many families, this event offers the easiest way to compare products in one place. Visitors can browse more than 350 baby and parenting brands, test products and speak directly with experts before buying. That matters, especially when parents want confidence around larger purchases such as pushchairs, car seats, feeding essentials and nursery gear.

Big-name brands at the show include Pampers, Tommee Tippee, MAM, Joie™, iCandy, Bugaboo, Joolz, Aptamil, Mamas and Papas and The Baby Room at Smyths. Shoppers can also discover smaller independent names and first-time exhibitors, which adds something fresh for returning visitors.

Best features for expectant and new parents

One of the most useful attractions remains the Buggy Testing Track, led by Project Baby and team. Parents can try out strollers and pushchairs across different surfaces, then practise folding and unfolding them. That hands-on experience often makes shopping far easier.

Meanwhile, the Live Talks Stage sponsored by Tommee Tippee will host free talks across all three days. Speakers include Daisy First Aid, Midwife Lily, Midwife Pip, Heidi Skudder, Vern Hill and Midwife Marley. Topics cover birth, breastfeeding, newborn feeding, baby sleep, maternal mental health, fatherhood and the fourth trimester.

Netmums will also return as the official podcast and media partner for 2026, with a live podcast recording planned during the event.
