New Parent Club Launches at CrossFit Epsom for Mums, Dads and Babies

A new fitness class designed especially for mums and dads with babies is launching at CrossFit Epsom, giving local parents the chance to get moving while bringing their little ones along.

The Parent Club is designed for parents of all abilities who want to build strength and fitness in a relaxed, welcoming environment, without needing to find childcare.

The new classes start week commencing 13 October and will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11.30am, with each one-hour session costing £10.

Fitness with your little one

The Parent Club is suitable for babies aged three months and over, with parents encouraged to bring along play mats and bouncy chairs for younger babies.

There is also a playpen for babies who are becoming more mobile, helping parents take part in the coached-led session while their little ones stay close by.

The classes are aimed at making exercise more accessible to new and existing parents, while also providing an opportunity to meet other local families.

The organisers say the focus is on building strength and fitness while creating a supportive community for parents and their babies.

A coffee and a chance to chat

As an added welcome, parents attending their first session can enjoy a free coffee afterwards, providing an opportunity to stay, chat and get to know other parents.

The idea is not just about exercise, but about giving mums and dads a chance to get out of the house, meet other parents and take some time for themselves while their baby comes along too.

The Parent Club takes place at CrossFit Epsom, Unit 2, Eclipse Estate, 30 West Hill, Epsom, KT19 8JD.

Classes cost £10 per session and are suitable for all abilities.
