Outdoor Toys has refreshed its findings from the past two years to uncover the UK’s must-visit pumpkin patches for 2025. By looking at factors such as entry prices, the team has revealed the top farms to visit in the run-up to Halloween without the extra cost.

Of course, you may expect to pay for parking, food, and drinks while you’re there and a small fee for the pumpkins you pick, but these pumpkin patches still offer excellent value!

Offering a fantastic experience without an entry fee, Doddington Hall is a must-visit this year.  It’s also one of the most popular patches online, appearing in 24,600 Instagram posts and nearly 246,700 Google searches in the last year. 

Lathcoats Farm is one of Essex’s most sought-after autumn spots for a day out with no entry fee. The pumpkin patch attracts 131,100 Google searches each year and appears in 1,725 Instagram posts.

We found a further six pumpkin patches that charge no entry fee for kids or adults. This includes some of the most popular patches, like Charleton Fruit Farm in Angus, and Gower Fresh Christmas Trees in Swansea.
