A highlight this summer is Mirror Moon by Luke Jerram. Visitors can see and touch a spectacular sculpture that recreates the Moon's surface using NASA data.
Explore astronomy together
Astronomy activities have moved to the National Maritime Museum. Families can enjoy Astronomers Take Over, featuring interactive exhibits, astronomer-led talks and an alternative planetarium. Children aged seven and over can also enjoy Unboxing the Universe, an exciting live science show packed with demonstrations and audience participation.

Creative youngsters can build space-themed creations during the free Astronomy LEGO® Brick Club on selected August dates.
Older children and adults can attend an Evening of Astrophotography, where experts share tips on photographing the Sun, Moon and eclipses.

Weekend visitors should not miss Observatory Unlocked, with live demonstrations and expert talks.
