Climate Festival announced by Fleet Street Quarter BID for second time  uniting business, culture, and sustainability during London Climate Action Week 2025. Taking place on 24–25 June, the festival brings together business leaders, sustainability pioneers, policymakers, and cultural voices to drive meaningful climate action.

Expert panels and green innovation at Climate Festival

The two-day programme features high-level discussions on the Rights of Nature, the circular economy, urban mining, and sustainable growth. On 24 June, an invite-only Rights of Nature Symposium opens the festival. This session, hosted with Achill Legal and the Environmental Law Foundation, includes a keynote from Monica Feria-Tinta, a leading environmental barrister.

Also on the 24th, Fleet Street launches its Pilot Gardening Club. Local residents can join via Neighbourly to help green public spaces.

Day two debates and action sessions

On 25 June, the “Going for Growth” panel, chaired by edie’s Sarah George, explores how green strategies can support economic success. Mary Creagh MP discusses the circular economy’s role in sustainable growth, followed by a panel chaired by Purpose Disruptors’ Rob McFaul. Experts will also explore London’s potential as a leader in circular construction.

Beyond panel sessions, several community events will run across the Quarter:

A legacy of leadership and action

Lady Lucy French, CEO of Fleet Street Quarter BID, says the Festival helps unite London’s business community around innovation and climate leadership. The BID, covering a 43-hectare stretch of the western City of London, continues to lead sustainable urban development efforts.
