This October, Covent Garden presents its ‘BeautiFALL’ programme, packed with family-friendly events, autumnal dining, and Halloween celebrations. Running throughout the month, the Pumpkin Installation in the Market Building provides the perfect backdrop for seasonal selfies.

Families can enjoy a visit to the London Transport Museum for their time-travelling exhibitions, including interactive workshops and the ‘Through the Darkness’ experience, teaching kids about London’s underground transport. Visit The Autumnal Pumpkin Installation: As the leaves change, Covent Garden welcomes the season of pumpkins with a stunning autumnal installation in the historic Market Building. This picturesque pumpkin backdrop in the South Hall is perfect for family photos and a must-see throughout October.
Enjoy a West End Show: With over 40 theaters in the vicinity, families can enjoy a variety of performances, including Mrs. Doubtfire, The Lion King, Back to the Future, and Matilda. Autumn Cocktails and Halloween
For adults, London Cocktail Week continues until 14th October, featuring exclusive Halloween cocktails like El Ta’Koy’s Grim Reapers Rum and festive menus from nearby restaurants.
Spooky Drinks: El Ta’Koy also celebrates Halloween with themed cocktails from 31st October to 3rd November, offering free drinks for those in fancy dress.
Immersive Experiences: Visitors can also step into Gotham City at ‘STEREO presents The Gotham Gala’ from October 31st to November 2nd. This immersive experience promises an unforgettable blend of villains, heroes and all things Ivy, with the music and cocktail line-up curated around this devilish city.
Seasonal Dining
Dining highlights include autumn-inspired dishes at Balthazar and matcha lattes at Jenki, while Diptyque launches its new seasonal Citrouille candle. Halloween-themed experiences can be found at the Gotham Gala at Stereo and Aguamiel’s Day of the Dead festivities from 21st October.
Family-Friendly Dining: The Ivy Market Grill offers ‘Little Dreamers’ main dishes like pan-fried cod and hamburgers, complete with freshly squeezed juice and a chance to build your own sundae. Meanwhile, Café Murano features a delicious three-course kids’ menu for just £10, with a variety of pasta choices and Henrietta Street has also launched two delicious children’s menus just in time for half term in two of its restaurants: Pivot Bar and Doughnation.
